These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy (collectively, these “Terms”), govern your access to and use of the Site. Please read them carefully.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Restrictions on Use

Feedback

If you provide input, suggestions, or feedback regarding the Site or proposed modifications or improvements (collectively, “Feedback”), you grant CollectDebt an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free right to use, exploit, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise commercialize that Feedback for any purpose, including improving the Site and creating new products or services, without any obligation to you.

Third-Party Software and Links

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CollectDebt, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, subsidiaries, and agents from and against all claims brought by third parties and any related losses, costs, expenses, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to your unauthorized use of or misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law or regulation, your violation of any third-party right, or any dispute between you and a third party. CollectDebt may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate in that defense.

Disclaimer

The Site and all Materials and content available through the Site are provided “as is” and “as available.” CollectDebt disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing, usage, or trade.

CollectDebt does not warrant that the Site or any content will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, and does not warrant that any issues will be corrected. CollectDebt may change, limit, or discontinue features of the Site at any time without notice and has no obligation to update the Site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will CollectDebt or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of CollectDebt and its suppliers for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Modifications to These Terms

CollectDebt may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post an updated version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Support

CollectDebt is under no obligation to provide support for the Site. If support is offered, it may be subject to additional policies or terms.
